1.1 Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) prior to returning or exchanging any product. Requests must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
1.2 To request authorization, contact TNR International Customer Service by phone at +86-21-[61178252] or email sales@tnr-international.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
1.3 All returns are subject to inspection by TNR International’s Returns Department. Only products that are unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in original condition are eligible for return.
2.1 Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are sold with such warranty extended directly to the Customer. TNR International is not liable for any warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer.
2.2 TNR International may, at its discretion, assist the Customer in facilitating a claim under a manufacturer’s warranty.
2.3 Except as expressly stated herein or under manufacturer warranties, no other warranties, express or implied (including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are provided by TNR International.

3.2 Time Limit: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
3.3 Warehouse Pickup Orders: Orders collected from a TNR facility may be returned or exchanged only on the day of pickup. After that, standard authorization procedures apply.
3.4 Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, TNR will inspect the merchandise. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection.

4.1 For refused shipments, freight costs both ways will be deducted from the refund.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For wire/cash/check payments, refunds will be issued by bank transfer to the original billing entity.
5.1 Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If the shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify TNR within 48 hours.
5.2 TNR will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
5.3 Damaged goods must be repackaged in original materials; TNR will coordinate return shipping.

TNR International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or return of any product, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. The Customer’s exclusive remedy is limited to replacement or refund pursuant to this Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Any dispute shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Shanghai, in accordance with its rules. The arbitral award is final and binding.
