2025-07-19

In a continued effort to ensure the highest standards of quality and strengthen long-term partnerships, TNR recently conducted an in-depth visit to the HEIXINIU tire manufacturing facility.
The plant is located in a remote karst region of southern China. With more than 600 employees and modernized infrastructure.

Leading the visit were Mr. Steven, CEO of TNR International, and Ms. Hedy, Asian Business Development Manager. They were welcomed by Mr. Wu, the plant’s Chief Technician, and Ms. Sophie, Sales Contact Representative.
The purpose of the visit was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, inspect quality assurance procedures, and explore potential avenues for deeper collaboration between the two organizations.

A Journey Through Time: From Humble Beginnings to Global Ambition
The tour began with an insightful presentation by Mr. Wu, who recounted the company’s evolution from its modest beginnings in the early 1980s to its present-day status as an advanced manufacturing hub. The contrast between the early workshop-style operations and today’s state-of-the-art facility, officially launched in 2018, was striking.
Walking through the expansive factory floors, TNR observed each stage of the tire production process—from raw material handling and mixing to molding, curing, and final inspection. The tour highlighted the plant’s commitment to automation, precision engineering, and sustainable production practices.

Focus on Quality Control and Innovation
TNR International CEO Mr. Steven expressed particular interest in the plant’s rigorous quality control systems. He engaged in detailed discussions with Mr. Wu about the quality checkpoints established at every stage of the manufacturing process. From advanced testing machines to trained inspection personnel, it was clear that quality is embedded into every aspect of production.
Mr. Steven was especially impressed by the plant’s achievements in the truck tire segment. The team explored the technical specifications of several product lines.

Collaborative Dialogue on Market Strategy
Beyond the factory tour, both parties held strategic discussions on topics included enhancing price competitiveness, adapting product portfolios to meet regional market demands, and exploring joint marketing initiatives.
Ms. Hedy emphasized the importance of agility in today’s fast-changing market landscape and shared TNR’s observations on current customer needs and future trends. Both teams agreed on the importance of continuous innovation, timely communication, and building a more responsive supply chain.

Strengthening Trust for the Future
The visit was a great success.
